Help with GF Royal Palm Club

I just booked a vacation in late May in at the Grand Floridian, and I wanted to contact the concierge to schedule some dinner reservations. When I called the front desk today I was told that they don't do that, and I need to call Disney Dineing. What gives? Is there an email address or anything for the Royal Palm Club?

Hi Strickdo, welcome to the boards! There is a specific e-mail address and phone number for GF RPC that is only avalible for guests booking these rooms. When you called the GF front desk, they probably thought you wanted the lobby concierge service instead. I don't have the address handy, but it is mentioned several times in this thread:
