I have been researching FP+ options as I am set to make them on Aug 18th....with that being said.....
I am so confused on what to do. My children are 5 and 11. The 5 y/o is really into princesses and everything beautiful :) My 11 y/o likes rides, but not much of a thrill seeker. (has been on 2 roller coasters in her life). We are going to MK 2 days, AK 1 day, and HS 1 day........(I have never been one to love Epcot, so we are using the 4th day as an extra day at MK)

What FP do you all recommend.........Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!! :)

Book a dining reservation at one of the 3 princess restaurants.
At MK it Sounds like you need Big Thunder, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Anna and Elsa. You may also want to consider a parade, enchanted tales with bell, and space mountain if you can do a rider swap.
For Animal Kingdom pick a show, pick the safari, and if it is hot, take the river rapids.
For HS Star Tours and Toy Story and perhaps voyage of the little mermaid.

MK day 1: 7 dwarfs mine train, Anna & Elsa, Splash Mountain OR Big Thunder Mountain, and then Dinner at either Cinderellas Royal Table OR 1900 Park Fare w/ the cinderella characetrs
MK Day 2: Enchanted Tales w/ Belle, Little Mermaid, Peter Pan
AK: Primevil Whirl, Safari, Rapids if you want to get wet, or the Lion King show
Hollywood Studios: Toy story, Star Tours, Voyage of the Little MErmaid. I'd make sure to see the Beauty and the Beast Stage Show (you dont need a fast pass)

For your MK days, try to work in character signing times as well. you can get a schedule at the gate and see which princesses you want to try to get in line to meet in addition to the fast passes you have. If you make AK a 1/2 day and have park hopper, you could go to Epcot in the evening to Akershus for the princess character dinner there.
I would make sure to get a character visiting times sheet when you get there so you can plan on seeing some of the other princesses.

FP+ meeting talking Mickey at Town Square in MK, FP for the princesses meet n greet, and FP for Tales with Belle

DHS- FP toy story, Little Mermaid, Anna and Elsa sing along
AK- Safari, Tough to be a Bug or Nemo, Festival of the Lion King

Mk fp for...Mickey at town hall (he is one of the few costumed characters that talks to you), Elsa and Anna (if you can get them, those go really fast), peter pan, buzz lightyear, dumbo, seven dwarfs mine ride (again, these go really fast). I would also go to pirates of the Caribbean, the mad tea cups, the people mover, the carousel of progress, the enchanted tiki room (it may get a little loud in their for your 5 year old), the many adventures of Winnie the pooh, and the barnstorm. I would NOT go on the little mermaid ride at Magic Kingdom just because the technology is sooooo outdated it's not worth the wait.
DHS fp for...Toy story, star wars, the great movie ride. I would also go to the froze sing-a-long show, voyage of the little mermaid, and fantasmic if you stay late enough.
AK fp for... DINOSAUR, Kilimanjaro Safari (I would get fp right at park opening or during lunch time, that way you can see a lot of the animals), and the festival of the lion king. I would also go to the Nemo show and the the boneyard (which is just a giant play area). With Ak, there's not a lot to do there so you can probably also go back to your resort and hang there for the other half of the day.
I would look at doing a character meal and finding out the times specific characters are out.
