Help with expediting process

Okay so I left this to the last minute, but I completed my service last Wednesday Apr 21. I am traveling to Disney on this Fri Apr 30. I need Hands On Network to change my date of service from a date in Feb to last week. Once they do that the volunteer coordinator said she would make the change in status to "completed" and I can print my voucher. I've sent an email & left voice mails for Hands on Network but I can't speak to a live body and she can't do anything until they act. The HoN phone lines go right to voicemail. Anyone have any ideas of how else to get in touch with them?
