Help With Excercies?

Hiya

I started the wish two or three weeks ago and I am pleased to say I have lost 10 pounds (and I am wearing a skirt that has not fitted me for more than six months)

I am just wondering what excercise I can do, my doctors trying to get me to triail some tablets that stop you absorbing fat but I arnt sure I like the idea. I think if I can find some excercise that suits it would be better

any help appreciated

Walking. Can you manage any walking? Drink plenty of water and walk a lot!

It seems as if you are already working with a physician. Have you asked your physician for suggestions based on your level of health and fitness.

There are many things to offer, I am just not sure what level you are at this time.

At present I have something wrong with the muscles in one knee and have been told I need to walk at least 2 miles a day or its goona seize up (my doc did acupuncure on it today and I dont want to have to have it again)

I will definatly take up the idea of more water, I think I drink too much sprite right now, its so easy just to pick it up on the way to work
 
10 lbs in 2-3 weeks is AWESOME!!!! cyber high five!!!!

it seemed odd to me that your dr. was recommending diet pills, is that more common that I realize? especially with the success you have had in your first three weeks!!

definately walking -- have you tried the Walk Away the Pounds workouts? great for the rainy days. Also pilates is a great way to tone your muscles and creat the longer/leaner look.

really what appeals to you? so important to find something you enjoy -- bike riding? roller blading?? swimming?? do you have a fitness center nearby to take aerobic or spinning classes?

i bet if you quit drinking your sprite you'll see another drop in pounds changing that alone! PD -- you are on your way on your healthy journey

Unfortunatly I live in a small village with no gym, but I am going to go research the swimming centre in my nearest town to see if that offers pilates.

I am very happy with what I have lost so far and I am really in the right frame of mind to diet, which is a big change as I used to see dieting as a burden.

I really want to lose some noticable weight before I come to florida on nov 26th (the shorts i have bought are one size smaller than I am now)

I get weighed at the doctors every other week, so I dont know if I have lost any more weight yet
