Help With Estimating Time...?

On a Sunday in September, I am driving in from Tampa.
First I will be checking into All Star Sports.
Then going to Downtown Disney to drop off my rental car at Regal Sun Resort.
And finally making my way to Polynesian for a 2:30PM lunch at Kona.

So I was wondering if I want to be at Polynesian by 2PM, at what time should I get to ASSp by?
Such as how long will it take me to check in and drop off my bags, then drive to DTD, then take buses to Polynesian...

Here's my opinion on your tightest yet safe schedule:

Arrive at A$$ by 12:00
Drop car at Regal Sun 12:45pm
Ask shuttle to drop you at Polynesian, or walk over to DTD and take bus to Polynesian
Polynesian 2pm

If you want a little more room for error, backup a half hour or so.

How does that sound?

I thought Noon might be a good time.
I just wasn't sure how long it takes to drive to DTD and how long the bus is to Polynesian.
Plus I like to be early for stuff, so maybe I will get there by 11 or 11:30 instead to be safe.
Hopefully I won't get stuck in any huge waits or problems.
