Help with ebay

I have someone bidding on one of my auctions and she has negative feedback. She emailed me after bidding and says she needs the item by Friday. I said if she wins and pays tonight I could ship it out first thing tomorrow. I don't mind doing this but I am afraid she won't pay. She bid on a similar item and didn't pay. My question is can I block her from winning. Any help appreciated.

I certainly agree that you should not ship until the item has been paid and cleared (if transfer/e-check not CC payment).

Don't ship it until she pays. If she wants priority shipping then make her pay for it too. It's not your problem if she doesn't pay in time to get it shipped. I think you've done the right thing by offering to ship IF she pays quickly.
