Help with DxDP

Can someone answer some questions for me? We are considering purchasing the DxDp for the first night of our DVC stay since we are staying at a different resort that night. Do all credits expire the night of check out like the regular DDP ? I know 3 meals are included... Is it 2 Cs and 1TS with 2 snacks and the mug??? Thanks for any help

The DxDP credits will run out at midnight on the day that you check out of your resort. With the DxDP, you get 3 credits per person and they can be used at any DDP participating restaurants. You can use them for all TS meals, all CS (but why would anyone do that ), or a combination of both. Unlike the regular dining plan, the DxDP does include an appetizer at the TS restaurants.

We are using the DxDP for the first time for our anniversary trip and going to a lot of signature restaurants that take 2 TS credits. These are places we know our children would not enjoy so since this an adult only trip, we though why not?
