Can someone tell me how to reach the form on Dreams where you request a reservation when the 2005 summer sailings from CA become available?

They say go to the 7 day carribean cruises, fill out the nearest 2004 date, and add your summer 2005 request in the comments to the ''rumour date'' ports you want

Yes, you will go to the site and request a 7 night cruise. In the special requests section be sure to indicate what dates you wish to sail in 2005 and the request will be processed for you.
