Help with Dreams reservation

I put in a reservation request with Dreams. In the past I would receive an email back from them. I have not received one. Have they changed there procedure???
Also when I go to the check rewervations page and put in my info I get an error message.Can anyone help?

i put a reservation on last night and got an email back. i would recheck and maybe send another inquiry.

if you have AOL it will be in your SPAM folder....I have hundreds of pieces of mail from the disboards and dreams that ends up in my spam folder.
