Hi Everyone! :)

I've booked to go to Disney next year through disney directly but I can no longer manage my booking online and when I do try to access it it tells me to ring them! Is anybode else having the same problem??

I also notice that you can no longer get a price online for a flight inclusive holiday for Disney on the Disney World website!

Does anybody know what is happening, getting a bit worried about my booking but I can't ring from work! :sad2:

hi, did you book with disney uk or disney usa, we booked direct with disney usa and we can see our booking with no problems, susie
 
First of all, :welcome::welcome::welcome::welcome::welcome:

Mine is working fine on Disney UK. It also allowed me into the US one to check my ADRs, etc. I know there have been some major problems with the site allowing you to view/showing up reservations for a couple of weeks now and if you happen to log in during a small window when it is in the mood to play nice, it's great, but otherwise :stir: you simply join the queue of frustrated guests who want to :furious:

I was able to open up a flight inclusive quote page. I didn't proceed with it, but it seems to be allowing all the options. This was on the International (UK) page, to avoid any confusion.
 
When I've been messing around with prices on the UK site, it did say that they were enhancing the way the calculate flight prices and that that part of the site would be off until end July not sure if that affects accessing your existing booking.
