question - was wondering if I had a ADR can I change the time without any penalties? I know if you cancel without 24 notice there is a charge - what if I have a reservation for 5:00 - can I change it to -7:00 if the time is available without being charged the $10-per guest penalty?

Yes if there is availability you can modify with no penalty
