Help with dining choice

Party of 5 (2Adults, 2Teenagers 1 Child (9))

Going in June: Sun pm- Thurs(leaving first thing)Staying at PBH

If you could only do 2 Table Service meals (and you want the best experience and food where would you go? (just trying to save some $) Also, trying to figure out a dining budget.

I was thinking of Bubba Gumps (DH's favorite movie is Forrest Gump)
and a choice between
Mythos or Jimmy Buffet.

Or do you have better choices? We will be doing CS the rest of the time, are most of those pretty good or are there some must do CSs?

My choices for table service are:

Mythos - lunch at IOA
Margaritaville - dinner at CityWalk

My recommendations for counter service not to miss are:

Thunder Falls Terrace - IOA
Blondie's - IOA
Louie's - Studios

I'd choose Margaritaville, but then again, I'm a dyed-in-the-wool Parrothead.
