Help with design?

Could someone help me? I don't even know if this is fixable/changeable but if it is please tell me. Does anyone think that they could edit this for me?

I want the "Pirates of Castaway CAy" to be, "Pirates or the Mediterranean" or Pirates in the Mediterranean" If anyone is able to do this is would be WONDERFUL!
