Help with design for my Son's make a wish trip

We leave on my son's make a wish trip in less then 2 weeks and he really wants matching tshirts. I have figured out a number of easy designs that I can handle (at least I hope lol) but he really wants and orange shirt (orange is kidney cancer) with something about his wish trip. Like I kicked cancers butt now Im going on my wish trip. Or something more creative and have an orange ribbon on it (like a black stencil outline or white on the orange shirt...I dont know just throwing something out there. And would like to change the wording to my son kicked...my grandson, my nephew etc.

Can anyone help me out with this...

I believe with light transfers the inside of the ribbon will be the shirt color....orange!
