Help with DDE Card

Ok...I need to know how you have used the DDE card when eating with a large group. Ok...here is the story. We are going to WDW with My Dad and Stepmom and then my family which includes DH, DD 4, and DD3, and myself DW/DM! Anyhow...I know that it is good for up to 10 people however we aren't paying for all of My Dad and Stepmom's meals. What they want to do is charge it back to their room and we are using our debit card, so we'll need two different bills. I'm guessing they are just going to be tough out of luck. Let me know.

I'm not entirely sure how it works since I haven't got mine yet, but assuming you need to be on one check, can you just settle up with your mom and step-dad at a later date? Alternatively, have them pick up other expenses to cover such as souvenirs, etc.

We used our DDE card in October, but the two couples we were with did not. We charged to the room-they didn't. There was no problem with any of the Disney restaurants dong 3 seperate checks. So I assume just doing a seperate check for certain of your dad and stepmoms meals won't be a problem. I'd just let the server know right away--that's what we did.
