Help with customizing design, please?

Please help me to personalize this image. I understand that rumbleytumbley is no longer doing custom work and it was suggested to me in another post ("Looking for rumbleytumbley") to ask for assistance from someone else on this board.

I am looking for the Tink image in this link...

I would like to change the wording to- "Baby's 1st Visit to Walt Disney World"
I think it would space out the best if the "Baby's 1st Visit to" was above image and "Walt Disney World" was below. I like the text wrapping around the image, like it is in the original.

Is anyone available to help? I am leaving in September, so I have a little time before I need to make my shirt.

I'm right here!! I would be happy to do this for your myself when I get back in town on Thursday. Could probably get it done on Saturday. Do you mind PMing me with your request so I will be sure to see it when I get back and not forget about it?

It's basically just the adding names I'm not doing...it got too time consuming for me.
