Help with Crocs sizing, please

My son (age 9) has kid Mickey Crocs that are size 3/5. What is the next size up from that? I am not sure if that means Women's 3, Men's 5 or are kids size or what.

You can measure his foot with a ruler and there is a sizing chart on the crocs website.

Or, go into a store that sells crocs to have him try them on.

I had a hard time finding the right size for my DD (9).

She wears a kids 5 1/2 in other shoes, yet I ended up getting her a woman's 7 in crocs.

That's a womens 3/mens 5. So the next size up is a women's 4 mens 6 (W4/M6)
