Help with CRO prompts needed please

Can anyone help me out with the prompts foe calling disney dining.
My 180 days is approaching and I want to call 7am on the dot as I have several hard to get ADr's planned such as CRT and chef mickeys and princess tea party.

I have made a couple of practice calls and seem to be having a problem. when asked to type in my ressie number followed by pound, I duly type in my 6 didgit ressie number and then pressthe button that is like a square(we call it hash in England) I have also tried pressing the * button but all I get is
"OH..I didn't quite get that" several times until they give up and put me thru.

This is going to hold things up unless I sort it out. Any ideas what Iam doing wrong? What is the pound key on my phone?

I have the same problem when it asks me to type in my phone number...(must be because Iam in the UK)

Don't bother with all that - it is a huge waste of time!
When you phone you will hear "Thank you for calling Disney Dining. We're glad you called! Reservations blah blah blah..." Immediately after it says "Certain restrictions may apply" hit 1, then hit 1 again. That is the option for calling from Orlando or for ressies in the next 7 days. That will bypass your phone number and all that mess and give you straight to an agent. Easier to give the info to the agent directly instead of trying to type it all in. I have made all of my ADRs in the past that way and it has been fine. Good luck!!

does it not matter that my Adrs will not be for the next seven days? I suppose not as long as I get to speak to a person it doesn't matter.

One more question though....will I have to give my ressie number ...name...phone number...what I had for breakfast...etc , to the CM before I get around to making Adrs or shall i quicky ask for Cindys breakfast and the date ..please. So that the CM can quickly block it off on her computer ...and then I can give all the info??

It's really not the issue it used to be with ADR's now available at 180 days and the changes to CRT-(price increase and payment required up front). I think you will be fine.
