help with counter service

I'm sure there is a list of the different counter service restaurants in the different parks, but I can't seem to find it. Could someone find the tread? Thanks

Here is a link to all the menus of the parks, resorts and DTD - most will tell you if counter or table service. Also prices are listed(always subject to change) and the general menu items at each location which again can change.
