We are going to Florida next year for 2 weeks, then going to california, flying into Vegas to spend some time. I booked my flights on Deltas site, flying on 21st July and the one way flights cost us £66 each

Is it LAX to LAS you are doing? we did it the other way around 2 years ago, LAX to LAS, cost £38 each on AA website, in the air 33 mins. If we do it again we are driving it, by time we checked in, waited around in airport, flew, collected luggage and and another car it would have been just as quick to drive it.
Or are you flying into LAS from MCO?
Janet to find the flights use all the usual sites, Kayak.co.uk, travelsupermarket.com, Orbitz.com. Also look at any internal airlines like Jet Blue, TED, Virgin etc, no idea who covers that route.
Just had a very quick look, looks like its not a route thats covered well direct, USairways do it but couldn't see anyone else.
Indirect with a 1hr:22min change of planes £98
or indirect to Tampa 54min change £80
Not checked all ailines but looks a very limited route direct. These prices should come down in the sales, its very early yet.
We've flown from Las Vegas to Orlando a few times, we did it in June and flew with United (we had a connection in Denver). We've also flow AA and Jet blue.
It might even be cheaper to fly/drive to LAX and fly from there.
I would, US airlines are always having sales but not usually so far out, depends if you want to get it done with. Personally I can't see them going any higher than £177, always a risk though.
