Help with Connections Website

I signed up with Connections over 2 weeks ago. Called today and they said my info was mailed...didn't get it. So 10 days of my trial membership is over. I got my number, but now when I go to the website and sign in it says to go to DealPass and trys to get me to sign up for Simple Escapes.

Sorry, I have a membership but always do everything over the phone. If you are ordering tickets or something, why not just do it over the phone since you have your number?

Yes, I'll have to do that. I haven't had much luck phoning them, seems like I can't ever understand them. Language barrier.........the one guy barely spoke English.

I just got my member number yesterday. I went to www.dealpass.com put in my memeber number and zipcode, and it took me right to it. I even orderd some vouchers yesterday.

I joined a few days ago and ordered some q&c vouchers the first day. Now, everytime I try to log in, it just continues to bring up the first page www.dealpass.com. I think they have some serious technical problems!

I finially got on and it shows my everything but the Disney, it says error on page. When I called this girl tried to tell me the Q & C were the lunch and that's all there are now!

Last time I enrolled to buy Q&C vouchers, I could not use the Disney page (as well as a few others) of the website until I disabled my anti-virus protection. Once I did that, I was able to see what little info there was. I ended up ordering them by phone after all.

This was almost a year ago but maybe it is the same problem.

I have been using the phone for all my orders for several years. I have never had a problem. Why not use the phone to order?
