Help with complicated reservations.

We are usually a party of 5 when visiting DW. WE will be a party of 3, but... the other 2 will meet us 1 day at HS along with a couple they will be traveling with. Can we try to get a Olgas reservation together? Also can we try to get ROTR boarding group together. How do we connect for 1 day? Is this even possible. They will be staying onsite we will not.

As long as your friend each other in MDE you should be able to make a reservation for everyone as long as they have park tickets and park reservations that day.

Since the others will be staying onsite, their ADR window should open earlier than yours as they can book ADRs 60 days prior to check-in. I would recommend one of the people staying onsite trying to get the Oga's reservation when their ADR window opens. They can book for 7 if there is availability. You could also split up the group and just try for ADRs close to each other.

For ROTR, as PP said, just link MDE accounts through Friends and Family and you should be able to try to snag a boarding group for everyone in your party.
