Ok as my little ticker down below indicates will be in the world in first of June. Have been reading some threads about the club level. We have the DDP and are staying in the BWI I used Dreams Unlimited and they have already made all of our ADRS. So we wont be needing that service and we are not realy large eaters with two girls. We go to parks in am at rope drop and come back for swims and little rests then go back for evening meals and parades and such. Would this be better off left for a trip with out DDP and TA maybe next trip. Not sure we could eat a breakfast lunch and sit down meal everyday with a snack in the parks and on the cl. Also where can I find out how much the ad on would be?

IMHO - Club Level for you this time around doesn't seem worth it. You seem to be big Table Service eaters, since you are doing the DDP, and with two girls who aren't large eaters, like mine, it may be just a waste of food. We have done the DDP before, and felt that it was a lot of food. So as you have said, your TA made your ADRS, and being on the DDP it doesn't sound like you would benefit from it. BUT - If you want to check out the prices, you can price it out on the disney world website.
Here is what i found -
Garden Suite Club Level is $5,473
at 695 per night. Assuming your leaving June 9 coming back the 16th.
I'm not sure if you got a discount on your room now but that is the rack rate price. You can also contact your TA and see what he/she says about the upgrade cost.
HTH!!

Since we're not big eaters, I find that club level rooms are better for us than the DDP. I definitely wouldn't do both -- if you do, you'll probably have to miss either some DDP meals or the club offerings.

BTW, we are rope-drop, swim & rest in the afternoon, TS for dinner and then parks again people like you. You can actually make use of most of the food offerings in the club lounge with that kind of schedule. If you do a "commando" trip in the parks, then CL is really a waste.:)

Club level isn't just about the food, it's about the higher level of service. Sounds like you don't need the pre-planning services. When we stay CL, the concierge makes our ADR's before the 90 day mark. This assures we get exactly what we want. The lounge is also nice for relaxing. We've always checked in with the concierge, not at the normal check-in desk, which saves time. We've also gotten the best rooms (views) staying concierge. I also like the extra security of the only people who can enter the floor are other concierge guests. (Except with AKL.) You get 2x per day housekeeping.

If you don't need the extra services, then stay in a regular room. Sometimes we stay CL, sometimes not. Depending on what "type" of vacation we want.

When we stayed concierge level at AKL, it was so much food! We ate breakfast in the lounge every day, and had the opportunity to snack when we were at the resort. Thus, going to the hotel's "cafeteria-style" Mara was not necessary. We just made table service dinner reservations every night- the DDP on top of that would be way too much. We usually do DDP so it was a nice change, but I think you do not need CL in terms of food.

When we stayed at AKL, I made all of our reservations. I'm a control freak, and enjoy doing these kinds of things. The cast members at the CL were great and found it funny that I was doing their job. They just asked me to send the completed info when I was done. They did, however, plan an AMAZING birthday for my dad- balloons, a pen set with AKL engraved on it, the whole shebang. They also got us stellar seats at Cirque de Soleil's La Nouba. I couldn't have asked for more.

If you've never tried CL before and want a new experience, I'd recommend it.

Oh, we also used it to go on the special concierge sun rise safari (at that time, only CL guests had the option of taking it). Look into seeing if there are perks at the BW.

Thanks all. I will look into it some more but looks like the main benefits are the castmembers making all our adrs and the food since we already have that done with our travel agent and we have the DDP. I do believe we will try this on our next trip though.
