Help with clipart

Could someone please make the clipart in my signature have a clear background, or tell me how to do it? Thanks.

They were over the guidlines for byte size so I had to shrink them a bit.

How are they now?

And I didn't realize they were too big. One said that it was 14K and the other said 15K and I thought that it couldn't exceed 30K? Or did that change?

After I converted them at the previous size, they were over. Your originals were just fine.
