Help with Clipart (Please)

Is my clipart too big? When I checked the bytes on my web page, it was 6k. When I rechecked it after transferring it to the DIS, it is now 75k. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any help will be appreciated - I want to make sure I'm within the guidelines. Thank you.

Here you go. I resized it in Paint Shop Pro to be 200 pixels wide without needing to use the width=xxx. That also took care of the byte size.
