HELP With Clip Art

How do I get the cliparts to work? I have copied and pasted the statements into my signature and nothing is working? What am I doing wrong?

To activate the clippie, remove the {braces} and add [brackets]
So cut and delete these {} at the beginning and end of your clippie and put in the brackets instead. If I can do it, you can do it!!!
