We are traveling to WDW in the later part of September. I have signed my 6year old son up for the Pirate Grand Adventure at the Grand Floridian Marina. It starts at 9:30 am, but we have to be there at 9:00. He will return at 11:30am, so would probably want to be there at about 11:15 or so, just in case he is a bit early getting back. My hubby and I would like to go somewhere special with my 3 year old for breakfast. I was thinking about Crystal Palace in MK (& having my hubby leave early to pick up our little pirate), but was wondering if that would be too much of a pain. There is also 1900 Park Fare right there at the Grand Floridian, but I see the reviews are so much better for CP. I guess I want to know what you think would be best for us to do? Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!

You could all ride the monorail to Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary hotel. I would make my reservations ASAP though, because free dining usually occurs at that time of the year.

I did not even think about that one! Thanks. We have been to dinner there before, but never for breakfast. I will definitely check it out. Thanks.
Any other suggestions, anyone?

I agree 100% that is an great idea! or you could do ohana breakfast, again with characters, but not buffet and food might be more limited for 3 year old...i would go with CM (my personal favorite restaurant!)
