Help with character meals

We will be staying on site May 1st and 2nd POR

Our party has two young girls DD5 and Niece7

We have decided that on our one and only day at the park(MK) we will opt for early entry and not try to hard for a CRT seating. I also dont really like the idea of a big breakfast before touring.

So what we are looking for is one character meal breakfast outside ff one of the parks. Lunch or dinner onside or outside.

I have heard that CRT at lunch and dinner is not really a Character meal is this true? and is the theaming at the other places as fun for two little princesses?

correct, lunch and dinner at the castle are not character meals. but sometimes cinderella might make an appearance. but this is rare. there are character breakfasts at the polynesian and at the grand floridian. chef mickey is a fun breakfast at the contemporary. these are all monorail resorts so getting to MK would be easy. from the contemp you can actually walk to MK. i think the girls would have a fun time at any of the breakfasts. enjoy!

If the girls are into princesses the GF has Cinderella's Gala Feast at 1900 Park Fare every night. It's a buffet and Cinderella, Prince Charming and the Fairy Godmother make the rounds.
