I need to know which Character breakfasts to book. :confused3 My mind is stuck on:

Chef Mickey's
Ohana's
1900 Park Fare
Cape May Cafe

We will probably do a character breakfast AND a lunch. I will do a sperate poll for lunch. :thumbsup2 I need to know because I can't make my mind up. I think Chef Mickey's would be the best and I am considering Ohana's too. Thanks :)

Okay this is simple CHEF MICKEYS SPELLS DISNEY! It's the best in my opinion!:cool1: :thumbsup2

Chef Mickey's does sort of spell Disney! It is very fun, very lively and the food has always been very good for us. Something about being in the Contemporary with Mickey and friends is sort of sacred lol.

That said, Cape May is sort of my favorite now and would get my vote. Its still a lot of fun, but much quieter and not as hectic. Mickey isn't there however. The food at Cape May I think is better than Chef Mickey's and again, its a lot of fun but not the fun on speed that Chef Mickey's can be.

1900 Park Fare is also really good food, they have an omlette station (CM's and Cape May do not, they have plain scrambled eggs and an egg dish that has like cheese and maybe ham but not omlettes). We don't do this one as much anymore becasue I enjoy the dinner there even more than the breakfast and we are hooked on Cape May!

O'Hana is not my favorite breakfast. I enjoy ithe setting, but the skillet they brought didn't fill up my husband and 13 year old and they never did come by in time to refill it (it is all you can eat and when you have a teenage son, all you can eat is beyond belief!). I would go again, but there is something to be said for the variety of a buffet. It was a fruite plate, then a skillet with bacon, eggs, sausage and potatoes and some breakfast breads. Just not enough variety in the food department for my family.

My favorite is not listed--Crystal Palace. I would probably say Cape May Cafe although we've not done breakfast there yet--we are in September. Chef Mickey's would be third--we've done it so many times andjust kind of tired of it. We don't do Ohana because we are not big Stitch fans and don't really like family style.

I voted for Chef Mickey's. It's a MUST do for us every trip!!

I can only speak from experience we have only been to Ohana for breakfast and it was great!!!! We love Chef Mickey's but have only had dinner there.

I have been to none for breakfast yet....doing all of them except CMC next trip but if I could only choose one, I would choose CM too lol

I voted for Chef Mickey...Cape May would be my second choice...We love all the traditional food choices at both...Chef is fun and the character interaction is great...Cape is relaxing and the character interaction is also good (and I love their beach clothes)...Chef is perfect for a MK day and Cape is great for an Epcot or DHS day.

That's exactly what I think. ::yes::
Chef Mickey=MK
Cape May Cafe=Epcot

LOL!

LOL!

We're trying the Crystal Palace for breakfast. The cool trick is we've got an ADR for 8:05 am and the MK doesn't open until 9:00 am that day. Since they let you in early, it will allow us some great photo opportunities.

Ohana hands down. It's our favorite. We're not much for buffets and we love that all the food is brought to you. No need to worry if you'll miss a character b/c you're at the buffet. We've never had a problem getting more of any of hte food or more drinks. Plus the pineapple bread and juice they have is awesome.

I agree with all of it! I really don't care much for buffets, prefer family-style. I do like the more laid-back atmosphere at Cape May also, so that would be my second choice.

I picked Chef Mickey's. I am eating there for breakfast my first full day in disney.
