help with change of schedule

I posted this schedule earlier but I just saw where Joshu Morrow was gonna be a narrator for the Candlelight Processional at Epcot Dec 11-13....She is a huge Y&R fan and she always thought he was hot....LOL....The only day we could attend that is the 11th a Saturday....Any advice on how I can switch my scheldule to accomodate that?...Do I just switch my Epcot day with what I was planning on the 11th?...Also do I try and book a diner package with this?



Sat -day after a late night arrival...rest and maybe Disney quest or Gatorland then Chef Mickeys that night

Sunday-Epcot...lunch at Garden Grill

Monday-Animal Kingdom use EMH then at close head to Magic Kingdom to see Spectro parade and wishes

Tuesday- Magic Kingdom crystal Palace Lunch then stay for MVMCP

Wed- Rest and Hoop Dee Doo at 7:30

Thursday- MGM and first ever viewing of Osbourne lunch at SCi fi

Friday- Islands of Adventure

Saturday- Universal Studios

Sunday- Head Home...boo hoo

Any thoghts???

At first I was confused looking at your schedule because I saw that you were going to be in Epcot on Sunday, then I realized that the first Saturday of your trip is the 4th, not the 11th. My only suggestion would be to visit the US-IOA parks at the beginning of your trip instead of the end. I don't know if you are switching hotels from a Disney hotel to a US-IOA hotel to even know if that's possible. Sometimes depending on reservations already made, it's difficult to switch an itinerary around to add things. Sorry, I couldn't be more help.
