Help with car service...

I have been going crazy looking for a car service to get us from airport to WDW. I have been reading reviews and I'm not feeling too comfy with some of them. So tell me what have been your experiences with town car services in Orlando. FLTOURS, Tiffany, Sun State, etc...

I'm not too sure what makes you feel 'not too comfy' with some of them. But many have wonderful reviews here on the DIS.
I've used both Fl Tours and Tiffany Towncar..both with good results. If I had to choose just one, it would be Tiffany. I have never had a 'bad' experience with them. I've used them about 6 times...and only once was it less than I expected. We had a very non-verbal driver. And then, we got rear-ended at the toll booths. He was very concerned about my dd and myself. The ride back to the airport was as expected. We had the same driver and he was chatty then. All our other rides were as close to perfect as you can get.
With FL Tours, I've had decent service..used them twice. The first time was on Thanksgiving Day. We had booked a grocery stop, but once in the car, the driver told us that no stores were open. Now, it wasn't even noontime yet. I told him we had been promised a stop. Well, he said, they must not have realized it was Thanksgiving day. No, I told him. I specifically asked about it since it was a holiday and was told it would be no problem since we were arriving before the stores closed. He refused to stop anywhere..not even at a convenience store.
The second time??? Not so much. Dh had to go in search of the driver at MCO. We got our bags, walked around looking for our driver.Finally found him, outside, smoking. He walked us over to his car..no help with the bags. But, when we got to our resort, he was very quick to hop out and do battle with the valet people....trying to get to our bags before they did so as to get a tip!!! We grabbed them, handed the driver a $5 tip and left. For our return ride??? Again, had to go looking for him. We waited at the right spot for him to show up...got there about 5 mins prior to our agreed upon time. After about 20 mins went by, we called the company. Oh, the driver left well over 30 mins ago..he should have been there..if he isn't there in 10 mins call us back. Ah yeah....right. Well, DH took a walk down the sidewalk, towards the BW bus stop....he spotted a black towncar down there. Yep, there was our driver, leaning against the side of the car, waaaay at the end of the driveway, smoking. We were not happy.
Now, FL Tours has changed owners since then...and many have reported very good experiences. So, I doubt you would have those same experiences.

I very much would recommend Tiffany Town car. WE used them November last year and I will book them again for our December trip. Our drive was Renata and she was wonderful.

So far, I'm guessing the consensus is with Tiffany Town Cars. Any other input on this from other board members?

We've used Tiffany Towncar for our last two trips and have them booked again for September. They have always been great. The cars were clean, and the driver (Renata) was very personable. She was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, and arrived at the resort for pickups on time to leave on both trips.
