Hi

I have read some threads about buying tickets on promoparcs/ce-multiadvantage/paris billets but not sure who is best to use? Can anyone join these sites?

When paying the joining fee, is it just one fee or per ticket? I'm probably only after 2 day, 2 park consecutive tickets and they all seem to be around the same price on each site. Annual passes won't be worth the extra £ as it's only 2 days I need and the black out dates are no good for us.

I have always bought them on uk sites before so a bit nervous about what type of tickets will arrive.

Thanks

Louise

I prefer ce multiavantages as I know them better but I'm sure promoparcs is ok as well. Anybody can join regardless of where they live as long as they pay the subscription fee.

From ce multiavantages you will receive temporary AP's, these look like tickets and you use them to go directly through the turnstiles.

Thanks

Hth :goodvibes

ce multiavantages are really very easy to use. We did it last summer and had no problems. :goodvibes

Thanks for the info. I have an annual pass question that hopefully someone can answer.

I want to buy the dream annual passes on the ce-multiadvantages site and make use of the free child pass offer. However, there are 2 adults and 4 children (3 needing passes). There don't seem to be any child passes to buy separately as I would need to buy 2 adult and 1 child. Can I buy an adult pass for the oldest child (8) and therefore also get 3 free child passes? I could still use the extra pass for the 2 year old when she turns 3 next year.

Would that work?

Thanks

Louise

there is no child price for the annual passes, so you would just buy 3 annual passes :). I believe you have to get your free child's passes activated at DLP at the same time that you activate the over-7s ones, so that wouldn't work for your 2-year old.

Yes you need to buy an adult pass for all children over 7 so you could get three free passes. The passes they send you normally have to be changed into permanent passes within 6 months of you buying them so it would depend how soon your 2 year old will turn 3.

AP's are all one price - there are no differences between adult and child.

You will need to buy one for each person over the age of 7. You can receive (if you need them) a free AP for each one purchased.

When does the 2 year old turn 3 ? :)

Sorry OP I didn't think about that.

Depends as some people have had AP's made out for a 2 year old to use when they turn 3 so that all the AP's will run for the same length of time.

Sounds like that could be a good solution Carrie Cat:)

Thanks, that makes sense now. That's good. I wonder if they'd let me activate the pass for the 2 year old even though she's not 3 until March. I wouldn't get much use out of it before it ran out but not sure if we'd be back to activate it within 6 months.

I have a child who turns 7 this December coming - would he still be ok on the childs pass until it ran out next year or would he need an adult pass straight away?

Thanks

Louise

if he's 6 when you activate the annual pass at DLP, he gets a full year's use out of it :).

Thanks, that solves most of the problems. Was going to go for a 2 day pass and top up with another day (as 3 day passes quite expensive) but decided to go for the dream pass now - gives me an excuse to go back again and make use of it! And the discounts are good

Thanks

Hi

Now I'm trying to buy my annual passes from ce-multiadvantages. I've signed up and paid the 20 euros. Tried to add them to my basket but can't find a basket anywhere.

Does anyone know how the site works? Will I have to wait a while before I can buy tickets?

Thanks

Louise

Ignore me, I have eventually done it by using Firefox - internet explorer doesn't like the site in case anyone uses it in future

Thanks

I used it with no problems last summer but ever since I have only been able to get up the heading on the annual pass page, no list of the different annual passes etc comes up. I have tried deleting my browsing history and cookies etc but it doesn't seem to help. It doesn't really matter because we have our passes now but it is a little irritating. :confused3

Hi

Yes I had the same problems - on internet explorer I couldn't get a list of passes up when I clicked on annual passes, I had to search under theme parks to find them.
However, it worked on Firefox. I often find a lot of websites that don't work well with Explorer - my version anyway. Couldn't figure out a way to translate on Firefox though so had to rely on my French!
