Hi everyone :grouphug:

I'm starting to panic as I think I might have messed up when figuring out the dates for when we could have been booking our ADR'S :sad1: We check in to wilderness lodge on the 30th November which is 90 days from tomorrow, but then i've been reading something about 90 + 10, does this mean I could have booked 10 days ago OR does it mean that I can book the means for the 10 days that follow our check-in date? :confused3

Also, when using the online system - I'm typing in my resort reservation number and phone number but it isnt recognising it, i'm wondering whether its anything to do with the fact that we are in the UK?

I'm getting so stressed out :sad1:

It means the latter. I had the same question a few days ago, and someone set me straight. You, like me, can start making adr's tomorrow (Sept 1st). I'm stressed too......

Thanks for your help  It makes me feel better that at least we are not waaaaay behind like I thought we were, Phew!

I'm totally stressed! I dont think the online system is gonna work for me as it wont accept my resort reservation number so I'm going to have to do it over the phone, but because of the time zone difference i'm going to be at work so will have to wait until I get back :sad1:

I wish you lots of luck with your ressies and hope you get everything you want :wizard:

Are you checking in on December 30 or November 30? ;)

Oh heck  Thanks for pointing that out, see i'm that stressed that i dont know what planet i'm on anymore :lmao:

I'm in the UK and I just made my ADR's this afternoon for our stay starting on November 29th. I was told by member services that I couldn't do 90+10 as we're on a split stay (we're DVC) but after a few attempts everything worked fine and with a bit of juggling we got everything we wanted.
At first the system wouldn't recognise my reservation so I tried playing around with the phone no .......I added +44, tried our various mobile nos, left off the first zero, and when I left off the first zero and added a1,hey presto, my 90+10 appeared.
You need to have the correct phone no associated with the reservation or it won't recognise it and I think the UK nos are too long so they miss out a few nos.
Try messing around with it before your window opens up tomorrow and if you still don't have any luck give your travel agent a call and find out which no. they used.
Don't sweat, I'm sure it will be fine and there does seem to be better availability than last year, most people are getting pretty much everything they want. And if you don't get it straight away, keep trying. We had to do that with a couple but got them in the end. Also, sometimes it shows as unavailable online but is available if you phone.
Good luck!

Who have you booked with? If you boked with a TA or Disney UK (which Disney reservations still consider to be a TA) chances are they will have linked their tel # to the reservation.

If you are booked with Disney UK or a UK travel agent to book dining online you will need to email them and get your US reservation number, and when you go to retrieve your booking you need to remove the first "0" in the telephone number you gave when you booked :thumbsup2

Thankyou for your help  I've tried entering the number all sorts of different ways but it still doesnt accept it :sad1: I think i'm just gonna have to wait until tomorrow evening and phone to make the reservations. I feel really sad right now as I just feel like everything is going to be booked :sad1:

We booked with disney.com as they had the hotel & dates available that we wanted whereas uk didnt :confused3 I've checked my confirmation email and the phone number on there is my mobile :confused3

I booked with disney.com so i'm guessing the reservation number I have is the US one? I've tried taking the 0 off, adding a 1, adding 44 - all sorts of combinations and it still doesnt want to work :headache:

They might not have your phone number in the system, I have read that this happens for some reason? Don't worry I am sure you will be fine  I booked the last few of mine late and still got everything :thumbsup2

Can you call DIsney Dining NOW? Talk to them & explain the issue -- maybe they can figure it out for you if you give them your reservation number? I know my associated phone number is now different between 2 sets of ADRs because the lady on the phone changed to my cell # but my reservation is linked to my home #.

Anyway, I'd try calling -- they are usually really helpful & nice :) GOOD LUCK!

Thanks everyone :grouphug:

I recovered from my major meltdown  and figured out our plans last night. Out of curiosity I went back on the site to try my phone number one last time before giving in a just phoning disney to do it over the phone - and what happens?! The page no longer asked for my phone number!!! Just ur confirmation number, surname, arrival date and resort :yay: Typed it all in a it worked and linked everything together and allowed our 90+10 :woohoo::woohoo:

Managed to get all the ADR's we wanted apart from Le Cellier but I knew we'd be out of luck with that one so we are trying Marrakesh instead :thumbsup2
