We are planning a trip for next Dec. and our DD will be turning 3 at this time.
Has anyone taken a 3 yr. old to this? She loves the princesses and gets dressed up here at home, but I am wondering if this is the right age to do this.
Also, what package would you suggest and if you have any other helpful tips, I would really appreciate them!

I took my 3 year old princess in 2006 and she loved it. princess: We took a Belle dress with us and got the medium package. They did her hair, makeup and put on fake little fingernails and a little jewel tatoo. They called her princess during the whole thing and gave her the little sash. Afterwards we had lunch at the castle and she loved how everyone kept calling her Belle. She kept walking around with her fingers straight out because she wasn't used to the nails. It is expensive and she did wash it out the next day, but she loved it and we will be doing it again our next trip. Its just a perfect part of the Disney fun. Just to be warned there will be glitter everywhere and you will find it for days afterwards!:)

Thanks so much for your response! Looking at the price of the top package, I was thinking we would bring our own dress too.
I like how you took her to lunch at the castle after...great idea!

Here a link you can check out if you have any more questions or concerns. Here 's where you'll find a multitude of infoBBB

We did BBB in December. Our youngest was 3yrs old. She adored it. At home we have to fight just brush her hair. At BBB she just sat there like a princess with a huge smile on her face. She was very impressed. We did the castle package with the dress and the whole experience was amazing.

What time of day do you recommend for the boutique. I have a 6 and 3 y/o princess' and we are booked for 1020.... wondering if it is an inconvenience them walking in their gowns all day?

Mine loved walking around in her dress...and she didn't want to take it off. Others have said they pack a change of clothes in case they get ichy.

DD8 had chosen Aurora so the dress was kind of itchy (but beautiful) in the September heat. We had brought a pretty pick sundress along so when she got hot we simply swaped dresses..she still had the crown, hair, shoes( cute flip-flops) and sash,,, just a cooler dress. DD5 on the other hand chose Tinkerbell and kept her outfit on all day/night.
