Help with automated phone system

I need to get thru to a REAL person at an insurance company. I have been thru the automated system several times and no where is there an option to speak to a REAL person and none of the automated options are helpful and solve my problem.

This is the only number I have in all my paperwork...so how do I manage to talk to a real person?
 
Have you already tried just pressing "zero"? Sometimes that will bring you to a live person.

Good luck! Those things can be great at times but can be so frustrating at others.

It doesn't have the "if you're not calling from a touch-tone phone, please hold & a rep will be with you shortly" message?

Have you tried just not pressing any buttons?
 
Have you gone online to see if they have a corporate number? They have to.
