Help with AKV online check in request

We have a standard view studio booked at AKV Jambo next week. I went to do on line check in and it offers requests for all the savannas. I thought standard view at Jambo were all pool view (except for the rare partial view savanna)? Confused now and not sure what to put in for requests. I get the near elevator/ lobby but not the savanna...........
 
The online requests are known to not be DVC friendly. You are better off making your request with MS.

I second this. The one time I did OLCI and room requests via the web we got none of our requests which were rectified at check in as my mom is disabled. I know they are only requests but we just asked for lower floor near lobby but ended up right at the end of the zebra trail on the top floor. Pushing a wheelchair that far is no fun after a long day. Always phone MS a few days before check in as we were told they do not allocate rooms till 48 hrs before. Never had an issue since. Not picky and as a family request higher floor near lobby or elevator

That's an even better idea. Requests on line do not match what the room really is. Offering a savannah view when the room is a standard is a good example of it.

Same for us! The only time I made a request it took a very long time to get our room, beyond the 4:00 check-in time. I'd rather just have a room!!!
