Help with AK time puzzle?

Trying to plan our last week of April AK day and make sure the times fit. Since we don't have a full rest day, this will be a later start. Traveling with kids 5, 5 & 8 and a set of grandparents.

It may help to work backwards since we have RoL and late Safari FPs. Mainly need to figure out what showtimes to aim for to make this work. Some of us have seen Nemo, none have seen FoW, so i'm wondering if we should cut 40 minute Nemo to make this easier.

Arrive before lunch
explore Tree of Life area and trails
lunch at Flame Tree (aim for 11-11:30 to beat crowds?)
Triceratop Spin
Boneyard
Finding Nemo (1pm show?)
Flights of Wonder (2:30 show? Do they ever add showtimes later than 2:30?)
Maharajah Jungle Trek
Kali River Rapids (3-4pm FP)
meet Baloo/Louie
Festival of the Lion King (aim for 5pm show?)
dinner (maybe Harambe Mkt? other convenient options?)
Safari (7-8pm FP; leave time to get over to RoL)
Rivers of Light (FP for 8:45 show)

Thanks for any advice.

In my personal opinion I would cut out Nemo to make more time elsewhere because that's our least favorite show out of all the parks. I'd think I'd rather ride Stitch than sit through that Nemo musical again...and I loved both movies.

Your plan seems very doable because it looks like you don't plan to ride the main rides like Kali river rapids, Dinosaur, or Expedition Everest. You could also throw in The Bugs Life show if you haven't done that

Since you're arriving late but yet before lunch, why not hit FotLK right off the bat? It's conveniently right there. That's what we like to do so we don't have to worry about backtracking and clock-watching for show times.

Conveniently right where? It's no longer near the entrance, but back by the Safari.

Oh I guess since we like to go clockwise I still tend to think of it as at the beginning, even if it's now a longer walk to get back to it.
