Help with agent number?

Hi, I lost the card and number for the tour guide we had met with. I remember his name was Cesar though. We met at the Polynesian and did a tour. I am wondering if anyone has his direct number or if I can just call member services to find this information out. Thanks!

Members Services can always get a member's guide phone # for them. Your guide will show up on your membership and they have a list of phone numbers. Give them a cal!

Edited my post. Thanks, BillPA. I'm not sure whether it is or isn't okay to post the 800# when we can (?) post the local one? But I though better to err on the side of caution.

800 800-9100 is the sales number, MS has nothing to do with sales so please don't call them for sales related help. Others may be trying to make a reservation.

Just a reminder, that is correct, you are not supposed to post the toll free number for Member Services. But I wonder if they really even need it any more for US callers, as most phone plans and virtually all cell phones include nationwide long distance. I use the local number (407 number) when I call, because even if you have nationwide free calling, if you use an 800 number the receiving party still has to pay long distance changes on that call.
