Help with advanced reservations

I just started planning our return to the world in Dec 2006. It appears there are new times as to when you can make advanced seating arrangements. Can someone please clarify how far out to make:

1 Grand gathering reservations: we would like to do a breakfast or the pirate's cruise

2 A fishing excursion?

3 regular dinner reservations?

Will Tour Guide Mike help with these? I am definitely interested in this service!

All dining reservations can now be made up to 180 days (6 months) in advance by calling WDW-DINE.

All specialty cruises can be made up to 90 days (3 months) in advance by calling WDW-PLAY.

TGM's site does have information and advice on the subject. I definitely recommend his service. (And with the money-back guarantee, I see no reason not to try it.)
