help with adding another pic in sig....need to make it smaller!!

Hey I have been playing around with my outlook express.....trying to add a ff pic as well as the plate......to my existing flag stationary..........would happen to know how to do this.....I tried editing my existing stationary but it just changes it to the new pic..........no big deal.............I have been trying to play around with this for weeks now...........
