Help with account

Help! I am trying to make park reservations. Boy what a hassle! Why can't you just do it from the app? Anyway, I signed in online on my pc since it insisted I go to the Disneyland site, but then it could not see the tickets I had linked. Turns out I've created accounts with 2 different email addresses. When I tried to change emails from my old address to my gmail it just said I already had an account with that email. I can't figure out how to delete one so I can change my account to the gmail that will be accessible to me overseas. Can anyone suggest a work around here?

Call Disney IT to merge the two accounts.
