Help with account and profile

Think I may have already posted this in the wrong forum but I used DIS boards years ago but have forgotten my username and can't seem to retrieve it so I have set up a new account.

Can someone explain how I can change my avatar and signature as struggling with this?

Thank you Jackie - I'm not sure what's happened to my old account (I had a few trip reports posted) but now I'm back using this account with an avatar and signature!
