Help with a tee shirt design please

My inlaws are going to be taking the family to Disney for Thanksgiving week. I am looking for a tee-shirt design for a disney dream cruise for my kids and their cousins.

and you may want to change the title on your other thread since you are looking for a modification by Jordak and the current title says for me.

I have looked at your thread and have decided on a disign. I would like the one with the file name th-Cousins-6a.
I would like it to say Cruisin' Cousins
November 2010 and if possible incorporating the Disney Dream
Names Everett, Ella, Trevor and Libby
