Help with a JetBlue flight

I was curious, so I checked Jet Blue's website to see if our flight to Orlando changed. When I checked our flight # was missing and the time I booked wasn't showing. I thought maybe our flight changed times, so I logged into their website under my confirmation #. The details are the same as I booked. So then I thought maybe the flight is sold out, so went to change our seat. There were many seats available.

Do you think my flight is still a go, or maybe my confirmation hasn't been updated yet? Do they ever pull flights off their site then put them back on at a later date?

Yes, that does happen. I've had flight with JB not show on the website and then simply reappear a few days later. They may be moving some flights around, or it could simply be a glitch.
I know I have a flight booked with JB for Dec....there are several flights within about 2.5 hrs. We just know that at least one of them is going to be merged with another flight at some point.
Just keep checking on your flight to keep track of it.
