Help with a Chefs name at The Plaza

With everyone always talking about the great chefs they come across, it is driving me crazy, I can't remember the Chefs name at The Plaza in MK. He is GREAT with my son every time we eat there. My son has a Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy and he goes out of his way to make his eating experience wonderful when we are there.
I hope someone on the board has had a wonderful experience with him and know his name.
He is African American, very friendly, he comes and sits with us, takes pictures and just hangs out with us. I have taken pictures of him with my son, but I haven't come across them yet. It never fails we leave there and I forget his name LOL. I'm not good with names. Please Help if you know who I am talking about.

Thanks for sharing your experience with him. I haven't eaten there yet but we've got an ADR in August. I've been nervous about eating there since my kids can't eat any of the bread at WDW, including the allergy bread, but I'm sure they'll be happy with some of the options served in something like lettuce wraps as long as they can have banana splits afterward (the real reason for the ADR). It's nice to hear great reports though.
