Help with a charge on my AMEX bill

Hi,
I just got my AMEX bill. I have the downpayment for the resort on the bill, plus my Southwest tickets are there. Then, there's a charge of $100 from Walt Disneyworld Transportation, Lake Buena Vista. I have no clue what this is. I booked a car at Dollar online, but they don't charge yet, and it's alot more than $100. I called AMEX, and their computers are down!
Anyone have a clue?

Did you purchase a pkg? If you did, did you tell them that you didn't need transportation?

Call Disney and ask them.
