HELP with a Anniversary Invite & Envelope. PLEASE

Fellow Disers PLEASE help me with a disign . I have purchased tickets to our local Aquarium for my DBF and I for our 5-year anniversary. I thought this would be a great date gift idea since we have wanted to go. I was hoping someone could help me with an invite and envelope because I don’t think the tickets will make it in time for our actual anniversary date which is less than a week away and they haven’t even been shipped yet I would like to have something to give him on the day. Listed below is all the info. I appreciate anything you come up with. Thanks in advance.

I was looking for a background that looks like water maybe with fish and picture of nemo somewhere on it.
