Does anyone know how they calculate the 5 day cancellation on dessert parties? My res is for Thursday (5 days from now) and I need to remove 1 guest. I've called before and never been able to wait the ridiculous hold times. Ugh. Now I'm afraid I've missed the cutoff. 2 hour wait right now.
It is giving me an option to cancel completely online, but I don't know if I'll get charged. I was thinking I'd cancel and rebook. But I don't know if I'll get a warning that I'm forfeiting the payment, etc....
I also forgot to add dietary restrictions on my original reservation. GAH
