Help with 1 day at HS!!

Family will be in Florida in February and plan to do 1 day at HS. I haven't been to HS for a few years and know they have a lot of new things to do and see. I made a FP for TSM for 2:30 that day. What should be my plan when I get there? Go right over to SDD or should I go right over to Star War land and ride Millennium Falcon. I do understand I need to get a boarding group for the Rise of the Resistance. Do I do that when I enter the park?

If you can be at the park in the evening I would rope drop SDD and leave MFSR for the evening hours, the line gets shorter by then
