Help, my head is spinning! I change my mind every other day, which villa we like best for our 2010 summer vacation...but I think I have it narrowed down to 3!

BLT- awesome, shiny and new! very convenient with the monorail! But will the kids think it's cool?

BCV- SAB would blow the kids away, however with a 4 year old, that might make me a little nervous, I've heard it can be a little crazy! The theming looks so nice, however the rooms to me look a little dated (older tvs- although who really cares about tvs when you're at WDW, right? LOL)!!!

BWV- the Boardwalk looks so fun a lively- plus I heard that the rooms at the BWV are being renovated :thumbsup2 But that scary clown pool- yikes!

Any opinions on any of the villas would be much appreciated! I realize that the BLT is not open yet, but I'm sure many have stayed at the Contemporary.

Thanks!!!

I'd probably go with BLT only because of the monorail. LOL. We refuse to stay at any hotel that doesn't have a monorail stop because of convenience. LOL. No folding and unfolding strollers... It's great. We always stay at the Poly because the theming for the kids is sooo fun. The volcano pool and tiki's all over the place... my kids LOVE it!

we've travel with a large group including very small (infant) childern to grandparent we all love BWV, they have a nice pool, esay walk to epcot for an evening stroll and you can also pick up a monorail from Epcot or take the buss from the resort.

The reason we like it best is it's less hectic than the other resorts for ME.

I agree with you and the scary clown pool at BWV. My kids and DW think I'm crazy for thinking its scary looking.

That's a tough one. We stayed at BCV in April with our kids who were 9, 7, & 2 at the time. They loved SAB! :cool1: As long as you have enough adults to watch the kids, I wouldn't worry about your 4 yr old there. We also loved walking to Epcot and taking the boat to HS.

Next year, we're booked for AKV, but we're going to try to switch to BLT at our 7 month window. I love the idea of walking to MK and taking the monorail to Epcot, and of possible watching Wishes from our balcony! :thumbsup2

We haven't stayed at BWV with our kids, but DH & I have stayed there without them. :ssst: Again, we loved walking to Epcot and taking the boat to HS. We didn't go to the clown pool, but the quiet pool was nice and, well, quiet. :)

I'm sorry I was no help at all. I guess I'm saying that you can't go wrong with any of your choices.

Your opinions are pretty much dead-on with mine. We stayed at BC last year and absolutely loved SAB (my son turned 5 while we were there), but the appearance of the BCVs is just... blech. I can't imagine myself in that room for a week. LOL. And my whole family is freaked out by scary clown pool at BWV. I wanted to give it a try, but was overruled. But it also has decor that is not enticing to me. We're going with a 1br at BLT. I showed my son the photos and he thought the room was great. He oohed and aahed, LOL. I'm a little concerned about the pool situation, personally. It just doesn't look big enough to me. Walking to MK pretty much makes up for most faults I can find with the place, however. ;)
